Brazen Animation is scouring the earth for an exceptional Production Manager.*  This individual is an intelligent and eloquent communicator and  scheduler, excelling at prioritizing tasks and inspiring our talented crew to deliver beautiful work efficiently and within budget.

• Managing projects of varying scope and production methodologies, at times simultaneously
  • Examples: Project Lead on Medium to Large scale Cinematics, Low to Mid Scale Episodic, Multiple Department or Full pipeline focused on Feature Films
• Building and revising production schedules
• Collaborating with the producer with project budgets
• Tracking and reporting project progress
• Strategizing with Associate Producer or Supervising Producer to find scheduling and budgetary efficiencies
• Excellent Client Communication skills
• Client Suite Management
• Leading internal and client review sessions
• Assist with managing production management support staff

• Relentlessly positive and motivational demeanor
• Desire to facilitate and support the creative process
• Promotes collaboration amongst team members
• Interested in helping to further build the studio by improving existing, and developing new processes and workflows 
• Proven leadership experience in a creative environment

• In depth knowledge of production pipelines & workflows
• Knowledge of Shotgun software is a plus

• Minimum BA/BS Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2.5 + years production management experience at minimum Production Coordinator Level
• 4+ years entertainment or commercial production experience in two or more of  the following areas: 
  • CG animation 
  • 2D animation
  • Motion Graphics Animation
  • Visual Effects
  • Live Action
  • Post Production Editorial
  • CG Architectural Renderings and Videos
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google suite
