Business Development, Senior Account Manager

Job Summary:

A Senior Business Development candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset, fearless in your pursuit of new opportunities that thrives in fast-paced environments, blazing trails and exceeding expectations. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, leveraging your resourcefulness, competitive spirit, and vision to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and close high-profile deals. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Hunt for Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and creative prospecting strategies.
  • Build Relationships: Develop, nurture, and grow strong long-lasting relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Strategize: Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to develop and execute innovative sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Negotiate & Close: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals that align with our value proposition.
  • Analyze & Report: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine strategies. Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Innovate: Constantly seek new ways to improve processes, enhance client experiences, and accelerate revenue growth.
Required Skills
  • Outgoing, and comfortable in a business-to-business setting
  • Charismatic, utilizing influence and interpersonal tactics to obtain desired results
  • Excellent relational, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Experience selling all types of animation services and content
  • A self-starter who can work independently, is results-oriented, proactive, energetic, optimistic, tenacious, and resilient
  • You thrive on meeting and exceeding targets, celebrating wins, and learning from challenges.
  • You excel at conveying ideas, negotiating deals, and building trust.
  • You’re quick to pivot when needed and remain focused under pressure.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, 4 year college degree preferred
  • 10+ years of service sales experience required with 5+ years in the animation industry
  • Preferred industry experience – Games, Film or Television
  • 5+ years of outside lead generation is preferred
  • Worldwide remote position; English required, Multi-lingual preferred
