- Outgoing and comfortable in a business-to-business setting
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Experience selling all types of animation projects and content
- A self-starter who can work independently, is results-oriented, proactive, energetic, optimistic, tenacious, and resilient

- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, 4 year college degree preferred
- 5+ years of sales experience required
