Job Summary:

Brazen Animation is seeking an experienced Post Production Audio Engineer.  This individual must be proficient in industry standard post-production tools with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The Engineer must have excellent communication skills and be able to consult, train, knowledge share, interact, and develop relationships with artists, creative directors, and management.

• Audio editing and design for narrative and commercial work.
• Ability to create a wide range of SFX, from realistic to abstract.
• Experience in commonly available audio tools and software such as Pro Tools, Reaper, etc.
• Basic mixing, loudness measuring, and final audio polish skills.
• A strong eye for detail and quality control
• Help troubleshoot technical issues

• Highly self-directed; able to manage and (re)prioritize multiple concurrent and competing challenges and issues.
• Must have solid communication skills and work well within a team
• Be willing to receive and implement feedback
• Can quickly prioritize decisions when given incomplete or conflicting information.
• Time management skills, ability to receive and execute notes in a timely manner

• Expertise in Avid Pro Tools and signal routing.
• Understanding post-production workflows including Editing, Audio Mixing, VFX, Motion Graphics.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in macOS
• Effectively document problems and their resolutions
• 3+ years of experience working in post production audio
